Job Description

VF Corporation is looking for a Senior Administrator, Planning Operations who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about data and operational excellence. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our planning operations, working closely with global stakeholders to ensure data integrity and drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Governance: Conduct regular data accuracy checks and collaborate with global teams to ensure data integrity before Purchase Order creation in SAP.
  • Data Assessment: Generate and analyze reports to verify data, support timely deliveries, and enhance business processes.
  • Process Improvements: Work cross-functionally to identify and implement data-driven process enhancements.
  • Service Level Targets: Collaborate effectively within the team to meet or exceed accuracy and on-time execution goals.

Requirements
  • 3–4 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Independent and results driven.
  • Knowledge in SAP is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.
