Job Scope :

  • Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing for suppliers and customers.
  • Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax filings (SST, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Support management in any ad-hoc financial analysis or projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of SST, and Malaysia tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
