We're Hiring – Administrative Operations Officer (Curtain Business)

Location: Jalan Sekama,Kuching

Full-Time

Are you organized, responsible, and good with paperwork? We are looking for a Administrative Operations Officer to support our daily operations in the curtain and interior business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accurate data entry (key-in) of quotations, job orders, stock records and delivery notes
  • Prepare quotations and actively follow up with clients on approval status
  • Monitor job progress and update status from order confirmation until installation completion
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for site visits and installations
  • Liaise with installers and internal team to ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain and update job sheets, stock movement and basic reports
  • Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and phone for confirmations, reminders and updates
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing and document organization

Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and strong in data entry / key-in work
  • Proactive, responsive and able to follow up jobs independently
  • Good time management and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via WhatsApp and phone
  • Basic computer skills (Excel / system key-in)
  • Knowledge of Autocount system is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Good communication skills (English, Malay; Mandarin is a plus)
