Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated eCommerce executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across ecommerce platforms, and assisting in the packing and dispatching of goods. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills, and an interest in ecommerce operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across various online marketplaces.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor competitor listings and market trends to ensure competitive pricing and attractive listings.
  • Perform regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and correct any discrepancies.

On-site Advertising and Promotions

  • Execute and monitor paid advertising on marketplaces (e.g., Sponsored Ads, Discounts, Vouchers tracking, etc)
  • Coordinate with the design team for ad creative requests and ensure timely delivery and implementation.
  • Track ad performance and suggest optimization strategies to improve ROI.

Visual & Content Coordination

  • Support the localization and update of product content, banners, and shop visuals based on campaign schedules or group guidelines.
  • Work with designers and content teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and platform requirements.

Data Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, ROI, etc.).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Ensures prompt and clear communication is conveyed to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms & marketplaces with Proven experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in copywriting will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
