_**Operation Management**_
- The eCommerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives.
- This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.
- This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Stores, Delivery, Customer Care, IT & Financial Services.
- This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
- This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce operations team.
- Provide feedback to IT team for continuous improvements of the system

- Reports direct to CEO / MD
- Prepare weekly and monthly team reports
**_Requirements_**
- **5 + years of relevant work experience; within a similar eCommerce role**:
- Management experience in operations, preferable in Grocery retail, including positions of leadership.
- 1- 3 years of experience in working with or **developing eCommerce operations systems.**:
- 1 -3 years experience **working across eCommerce project launches** and **managing project roll-outs**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent English and Malay communication and Written skills
- Able to work under pressure and on tight KPIs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
