Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Execution

  • Lead and manage MES projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project teams across engineering, IT, quality, and manufacturing departments.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, and define functional specifications.
  • Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate FAT, SAT, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care activities.

Technical and Functional Support

  • Analyse existing processes and perform gap delineation against MES best practices.
  • Design and review system workflows, data flows, and CI/CD pipelines for MES deployments.
  • Provide technical direction and support to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews on configuration, interfaces, documentation, and testing outcomes.

Organizational Collaboration

  • Train, mentor, and onboard team members on standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent application of documentation, version control, and configuration management practices.
  • Engage customers, gather feedback, and ensure strong stakeholder alignment at all project stages.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ERP/MES/LIMS/APS/OEE/WMS/CMMS projects.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of enterprise-level software systems.
  • Hands-on programming experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: .NET Core & Framework (C#), JavaScript , , jQuery), HTML5, CSS (Bootstrap), REST APIs, SQL/T-SQL
  • Strong analytical skills for process modelling, system design, and root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to support customers during off-hours and travel regularly within the ASEAN region.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience delivering MES systems in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps workflows beneficial.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of industrial automation, IIoT systems, or plant-floor workflows.
