Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist the Head of Sales in overseeing sales functions and executing strategies to increase market share and achieve individual Sales KPIs and Quotas.
  • Account Management: Manage customer enquiries, nurture relationships, and handle end-to-end sales processes—from opening leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Market Development: Continuously research new market potentials and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Participate in weekly meetings with the sales team to provide updates on opportunities and review the sales pipeline.
  • Business Growth: Utilize New Business and Account Management skills to build and maintain a strong client database.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in IT networking and wireless technologies will have a distinct advantage.
  • Candidates with an existing client database are highly preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is a strong added advantage.

  • Attributes:

  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Logistics: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
