Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily site operations for a data centre project in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a 6-month contract role, with potential extension depending on project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising construction or installation projects, ensuring timely progress, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project manager.
  • Monitor the quality of work and coordinate corrective measures where required.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting project documentation including daily reports.
  • Identify and resolve potential site issues to avoid delays or hazards.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or installation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and site coordination practices.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Available for a 6-month contract, with a possibility of extension.
