Exciting Career Opportunity: Credit Control Executive at Eng Sheng Sdn Bhd

Eng Sheng Sdn Bhd is on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic Credit Control Executive to join our growing team

If you are fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients), passionate about logistics, and committed to excellence, this is your chance to play a key role in strengthening our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the database is accurately maintained, including credit limit/term, customer details in the system.
  • Daily tracking of incoming receipts and matching receipts to open invoices. Working with the internal team to identify the source of the unknown receipts and do matching.
  • Follow up on all overdue accounts and payment status in a proactive manner, including but not limited to calling and emailing
  • Assist in reconciling customer statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Escalate unresolved payment or account issues to the HOD.
  • Maintain filing and documentation of all credit control-related correspondence.
  • Support the credit control team in any ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Receivable management or similar roles.
  • Self-motivated, mature, independent, and strong analytical thinker
  • Good team player and multitasking capabilities.
  • Candidate with an FMCG background is encouraged to apply.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Experience in ERP systems, proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel, and MS Word.
