Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify sales information and manage follow-ups with agents and bankers.
  • Prepare and organize SPA documents for signing.
  • Monitor payment terms and manage payment collections.
  • Communicate and coordinate promptly with developers and solicitors.
  • Maintain organized cash flow projection reports to provide regular updates to management.
  • Forecast client payments to ensure smooth cash flow operations.
  • Ensure proper filing and record management.
  • Support research, data entry, and basic analytical tasks when required.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Credit Control, Credit Administration, Account Assistance, or a related field.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel with a good understanding of essential formulas.
  • Good personality, communication skills and attentive to details.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experienced in real estate/property industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
