Location: Seksyen 22, Shah Alam

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Purpose:

We are hiring a Document Controller to handle fast-paced project documentation for our Maxis Onnet & Offnet fiberization works. This role is critical to ensuring claims, BIS submissions, and NCR processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, compile, and submit all project documentation (BIS, NCR, claims, handover packs)
  • Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress documentation
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Coordinators, and Finance to ensure fast claims closure
  • Manage document version control, filing system, and audit readiness
  • Ensure NCR handling is tracked, documented, and closed out with operations
  • Prepare client reports, minutes, and correspondence in line with Maxis project requirements
  • Support the operations team by ensuring all site records are properly formatted and submitted

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years documentation/admin experience in telecom or EPC projects
  • Familiar with Maxis documentation standards, BIS/NCR processes
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and project documentation systems
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions in parallel
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and fast in execution
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Fresh Grad are Highly Preferred
