Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of project documents;
  • Maintain a proper documents & drawings control system for recording and tracking of all documents of the project;
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of project documents;
  • Ensure all documents are maintained to demonstrate compliance to the ISO 9001 requirement;
  • Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Certificate in any discipline /STPM or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years working experience as document controller in the construction industry;
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001 will be an added advantage;
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision;
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
  • Good attention to detail and high commitment to accurate work.
