Responsibility:

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Maintain and archive Quality Management System (QMS) records, documents and data
  • Effectively control all incoming and outgoing drawings, documents, data, correspondences by using relevant registers and forms
  • Liaise with the relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation
  • Track document versions and updates to prevent duplication.
  • Liaise with project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to manage document flow
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma with knowledge of engineering disciplines in civil or building
  • At least 3 years working experience in document control within the construction industry is preferred
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 is preferred
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
