Digital Marketing
- To track & measure performance of digital marketing efforts ie, campaigns, ads, traffic & conversion via google analytics and various platforms, to ensure effective implementation.
- Partner with Digital Strategist, Media Strategist and Social Media Specialist to analyze and recommend digital executions.
- To create Google Ads to drive traffic to the webstore to increase conversion rate.
- Plan for optimization of online adverts through Google Ad words and Google Ads Campaign to increase company & brand awareness.
- To work closely with designers on designs to optimize pulling factors of online ads.
- To explore and identify applications to maximize sales; increasing customer conversion through improved user experience and average order value through upselling.
- Work closely with content creator on promotional write ups & content.
- Stay current on all social media development & best practices.
E-Commerce
- To assist in planning, executing and monitoring online A&P campaign in order to meet sales target;
- Generating and increasing day to day revenues/sales through different online mediums;
- Maximize e-Commerce sales through digital marketplace across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia namely UT E-Commerce (international & local), Shopee, Lazada, Zalora & etc.
- Handling customer queries and feedbacks account reviews and providing the best customer experience.
- To process sales orders in a timely manner;
- Work on online promotions and social media strategies. Ensure all aspects of platform content and info are accurate and update e.g availability of the products;
- Work closely with the marketing, warehouse & inventory teams to ensure smooth operations of online store, including order fulfillment, logistic arrangement, inventory update and product listing;
- Search, recommend and seek approvals for new online sales channels;
- Contribute towards sales escalation through different and unique strategies
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new media opportunities in line with business and client considerations.
- Establishing practices within the digital team to streamline implementation and reporting.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree holders in marketing, business or mass communications or equivalent with Minimum 3 year's experience in digital marketing / e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge on online technology, particularly including blogs, social networks and other emerging trends including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagrams etc.
- Experience in marketplace management like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada would be a plus;
- Strong communication, research, social media, interactive, public relations skills.
- Must be creative, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong background in managing social media.
- Possess excellent English written, verbal communication & presentation skills
- Willing to work beyond normal office hour during promotional campaign.
