About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Raha Bina Sdn. Bhd. as a Customer Service Manager. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for leading and developing the company's customer service team to deliver exceptional support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Manage, coach and mentor the customer service team, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential
- Analyse customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service quality and processes
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the team
- Ensure the team adheres to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the call centre or customer service industry
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive business improvements
- Thorough understanding of customer service best practices and industry regulations
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
