Internship WEB Marketing Digital

Location: Selayang, Selangor

Duration: 3–6 Months (Training will be provided)

Job Summary:

Join the dynamic Kanika Malaysia Marketing Team and gain hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing activities. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and digital initiatives that strengthen Kanika's brand presence in the frozen food industry.

App & Website Support - Assist in updating product information, banners, and promotions on the Kanika App and website.

  • Help check for errors, missing information, or outdated content.
  • E-Commerce Support
  • Update product listings, photos, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada,
  • Website).
  • Monitor customer questions or reviews and highlight issues to the team.
  • Social Media Content Support - Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Help brainstorm new ideas for content such as recipes, product highlights, festive posts, etc.
  • Take behind-the-scenes photos or short videos for daily content.
  • Digital Content Creation
  • Help prepare simple graphics, captions, and short video edits using Canva or basic editing tools.
  • Support photo and video shoots for products, lifestyle content, and live-selling preparation.
  • Ads & Campaign Assistance
  • Assist the digital marketing team in preparing assets for ads (images, copywriting, product info).
  • Help gather performance data for reporting (likes, reach, traffic, sales).
  • Live Commerce Support
  • Assist with preparation for live sessions (product setup, pricing list, stock checking).
  • Support the host during the live session by preparing items and answering comments if needed.
  • Market & Competitor Research
  • Conduct simple research on market trends, social media trends, competitors' content, and promotions.
  • Share weekly findings with the marketing team.
  • Administrative & Coordination Work
  • Help maintain marketing folders, content calendars, and documents.
  • Assist in communicating with designers, influencers, or external partners when required.
  • Other Ad-Hoc Duties
  • Support the overall marketing team in any ongoing projects or campaigns.
  • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team activities

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital, Web Design, IT, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about food and branding is a plus
