Operations Executive / Operations Coordinator

About Us

2sense Studio is a Kuala Lumpur–based interior and lighting design company. We deliver creative design solutions for residential and commercial spaces and work closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our growing team and ensure smooth project execution.


Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, site works, and installation dates
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers, contractors, and installers
  • Monitor on-site progress and ensure work is carried out according to schedule
  • Maintain and update project status, changes, and reports
Operations & Administration
  • Prepare Purchase Orders, Quotations, and Invoices
  • Manage project documentation and general administrative tasks
  • Follow up on materials, lighting products, and furniture delivery timelines
  • Assist in improving internal workflows and daily office operations
Communication
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, designers, and site teams
  • Handle basic customer enquiries and relay information to the team
  • Arrange appointments for site measurements, client meetings, and installations

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in Operations / Admin / Project Coordination (preferred)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in interior design, renovation, or construction industry is an advantage
  • Must possess a valid driving licence and willing to visit sites occasionally (added advantage)
