As the company continues to expand internationally, we are strengthening our leadership team with the appointment of a Deputy CEO — a pivotal role focused on driving operational excellence, scalability, and resilience across the Group.

About the Role

The Deputy CEO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, jointly steering the leadership of TrickleStar Group. With a primary focus on operations, logistics, and supply chain, this role will ensure the business operates efficiently and is positioned for sustainable global growth.

While the CEO concentrates on commercial strategy, growth, investor relations, and external partnerships, the Deputy CEO will be responsible for building the strength and agility of TrickleStar's core operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to shape and execute TrickleStar's strategy, growth initiatives, and international expansion plans.
• Lead global operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to deliver efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the commercial and finance teams to align operations with customer needs and business development priorities.
• Drive innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement to enhance scalability and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and contract manufacturers worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and global regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Provide insights to the Board and executive team on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Act as CEO when required, ensuring leadership continuity and business stability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and cost improvement.
• Experience scaling operations to support international growth.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in cost management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative style.
• Prior experience in a publicly listed or multinational company preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Base Pay: RM25, RM35,000.00 per month
