In charge of daily site operation including work arrangement, monitor, control and reporting.

Leading operation teams including site supervisors to carry out site work as planned.

Carry out daily and weekly construction work planning and reporting.

To plan and organize material delivery, machinery and workforce, etc. for his area of work.

To closely monitor and control resources consumptions to avoid wastage, downtime and idling.

To implement QA/QC procedure with the consultant and client's representative.

To keep and update resource consumption records and work done amount.

To liaison with surveyor and design teams for all site work matters.

To liaison with the safety & health and traffic management departments to safeguard public safety.

To assist in handling public complaints.

Timely and consistently feedback to the management all work related information as required.

To carry out other duties assign ed by the superior or management.
