One of our clients, a global company, is seeking a
Shared Services Manager (Finance & Accounting).
Ideal candidates have strong SSC/BPO experience and a proven track record managing large teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations for Accounting & Sales Fulfilment
  • Ensure SLA compliance and SOP adherence
  • Oversee month-end/period-end closing and reporting
  • Drive process improvements and team performance

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA, MICPA, CIMA, etc.)
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 10+ years in SSC/BPO managing 30+ staff
  • Experience with SAP, Blackline
  • Mandarin proficiency as you are requiring working closing with mandarin speaking countries
