Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication
    : To serve as the primary liaison for Japanese clients, managing their requests and communications in Japanese.
  • Project Management
    : To oversee project progress, profitability, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of Japanese business operations and assure the quality of any deliverable of clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    : To prepare professional, client-facing documents and internal reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team Coordination
    : Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Has knowledge or hands-on experience with SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Has proven ability to lead and manage a team of 4-5 members.
  • Has strong experience in creating professional documents and presentations (i.e., Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Has proficiencies in both Japanese and English languages (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

  • Has interest in Japanese business culture and passion for working with Japanese organizations.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) for Japanese companies.
  • Experience in HR operations or HR consulting (including HR system implementation and maintenance) is welcomed.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
