Position: Account Executive

Working Location: Desa Cemerlang (Business Consultancy Firm)

Working hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)

Salary + Allowance: Up to RM4,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, Balance Sheet, and Taxation
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations
  • Maintain accurate records using SQL Accounting and Xero
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay (able to work with Chinese, Malay, and English documentation). Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with China-based client.
  • Familiar in SQL Accounting and Xero
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian tax and accounting standards
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
