Project Manager @ Bandar Sri Damansara

We are looking for an Project Manager who is able to start immediately or on short notice to manage daily operations at construction sites.

Requirements :

  • Experience in interior design, renovation or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sub con, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, overseeing performance, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budget, and scope.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on all projects.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs, ensuring that expenditures are within the approved limits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
