Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
- Develop and enhance the company's internal training system, including onboarding and professional skill training programs.
搭建并完善内部培训体系,包括入职培训、业务技能培训项目;
- Lead training needs analysis and formulate annual training plans, ensuring effective implementation.
主导培训需求调研,制定并推动年度培训计划的落实;
- Design and deliver diverse training programs (both online and offline), ensuring quality standards and budget control.
设计并实施线上线下结合的多样化培训课程,确保培训质量及预算控制;
- Manage HRD Corp–related training programs and compliance requirements.
负责HRD Corp相关课程筛选与管理;
- Conduct post-training evaluations and promote the effective application of learning outcomes in daily operations.
跟进培训效果评估,促进学习成果有效应用于工作实践
- Support corporate culture development and contribute to building an employee empowerment framework.
支持企业文化建设,推动员工赋能体系的搭建。
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or Marketing.
本科及以上学历,优先考虑人力资源、教育、市场相关专业;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training implementation.
至少3年以上培训执行工作经验;
- Solid understanding of training system development and organizational development; strong course design and facilitation skills.
熟悉培训体系建设与组织发展,具备课程设计与讲授能力;
- Excellent communication, coordination, and data analysis abilities.
具备优秀的沟通表达、组织协调及数据分析能力;
- Capable of independently designing and conducting bilingual (English-Chinese) training programs.
能够独立设计及开展双语培训课程;
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia for training delivery is an advantage.
中英文听说读写流利,可用马来语进行培训上课更佳。
