Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap, define what the team will deliver and the timeline for implementation. Ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Gather & prioritise product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and working closely with head of product, business development, and technology/engineering team (including vendors) to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Translate product strategy into planned work. Responsible for managing the release process and dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones. Coordinate all of the activities required to bring new functionality to market.
  • Support pre-sales and business development activities to increase the win rate and positioning the product as the differentiator of the proposal resulting in winning the confidence of customers.
  • Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product. Design the technical specifications and ensure that teams have all of the information they need to deliver a complete product to market.
  • Provide value added advisory to all internal stakeholders on matters within the scope of responsibilities, maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring that regular engagements take place so that each party is aware of current developments.
  • Drive the delivery of the product features be it with an internal development/engineering team or an external vendor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science or any equivalent fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in tech company, software development, technology or startup experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud native or AI product conceptualisation & development is critical.
  • Past experience on agile development framework & DevOps and technical knowledge is critical.
