Production Planner

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule production based on sales orders and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure materials and resources are ready on time.
  • Prepare and update daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Monitor production progress and resolve delays or material shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, raw materials, and work-in-progress.
  • Support continuous improvement in production planning and process efficiency.
  • Prepare related reports and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or planning role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools or ERP systems.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
