About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Remote Experienced Designer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end design projects—from concept development to final delivery—while ensuring that all outputs align with brand guidelines and business goals. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our visual identity and user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for digital and/or print projects, from research and concepting to execution and delivery.
  • Develop compelling visuals, layouts, and experiences that align with brand strategy and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to translate requirements into clear and impactful design solutions.
  • Provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them where relevant.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive representation across platforms.
  • Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, AI design Tools ).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and/or print.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or leading small design teams is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS or collaborating closely with developers.
  • Background in brand identity design or product design.
