About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing team at Hume Cement Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful digital content to support our marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this role will play a key part in delivering our marketing communication strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement a content strategy to support the overall marketing plan
  2. Create high-quality, visually appealing digital content such as social media posts, videos, email campaigns, and website content
  3. Manage and optimize our social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring content performance
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our content
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader business objectives
  6. Measure and report on the performance of digital content to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a digital content creation or marketing communications role
  2. Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content
  3. Proficiency in using various content creation tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and social media management tools
  4. Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing best practices
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
