- Location: G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
- Working Hour: 7AM - 4PM & 9AM - 6PM | 5 days work & 2 days off per week
- Language: Native Japanese with valid passport & Non-Native Japanese must have certificate JLPT N2 or above. English proficiency with level B2 above
- Experience: Able to consider fresh graduates and non Customer Service experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Live Chat Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat with accuracy and empathy.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting, orders, returns, and account issues.
- Use canned responses (pre-written replies) efficiently while personalizing interactions.
2. Multichannel Support:
- Handle follow-up queries via email, chats.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team (e.g., technical support, billing).
3. Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain a positive tone and resolve complaints to retain customer loyalty.
- Collect feedback and report recurring issues to improve processes.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Log interactions in the CRM system.
- Track metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).
5. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on SOP, policies, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Business level of Japanese and English is required.
- Traits:
- Patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience customer service or related industries.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for digital products/services.
