  1. Memasukkan setiap Purchase Order ke dalam sistem (stock in) serta memastikan semua maklumat adalah tepat.

  2. Menyediakan laporan harian/mingguan mengenai jualan, inventori dan prestasi operasi.

  3. Membantu dalam pengurusan stok - termasuk semakan stok, penyelarasan stok, dan laporan kehilangan/barang rosak.

  4. Mengurus dokumen dan fail berkaitan operasi seperti invois, borang penghantaran (transfer in note) dan pesanan pembelian.

  5. Membantu dalam pemeriksaan stok bulanan dan memastikan ketepatan rekod inventori.

  6. Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan membantu menjawab sebarang pertanyaan.

  7. Menangani aduan pelanggan secara profesional dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan segera.

  8. Membantu pelanggan dalam proses pemulangan barang atau pertukaran produk.

  9. Memberikan maklumat terkini tentang promosi, diskaun, atau produk baharu kepada pelanggan.

  10. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh ketua.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
