What you'll be doing?
  • Provide event support: Offer on-site event support, including crowd management, product demonstrations, and more.
  • Coordinate event activities: Coordinate and support pre and post-sales event activities, ensuring smooth execution from setup to closing.
  • Work with sales teams: Collaborate with sales teams to plan, organize, and deliver on-ground and online events.
  • Liaise with vendors: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely arrangement of event materials.
  • Assist in event management: Assist in event registration management, customer engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Contribute to event experience: Contribute ideas to enhance event experience, and assist with simple video creation for event highlights or promotions.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience in event management: Minimum 2 years experience in Event Management or Direct Selling is required.
  • Confident in Mandarin: Ability to communicate confidently in Mandarin is essential for this role.
  • Bonus: Video making skills: Basic knowledge in Video Making / Video Content Support is a plus.
