Job Description:

  • Prepare, collect, and organize documents related to company operations (e.g., contracts, agreements, forms, reports) and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Update and track data in relevant systems, spreadsheets, or databases (e.g., employee records, financial logs, administrative registers).
  • Coordinate and support operational processes such as verification checks, compliance requirements, or audits.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support for HR, finance, and general office matters.
  • Carry out any additional assignments or duties as directed by management.

Intern Requirements :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible & willing to learn.
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months of internship period (longer internship duration is preferable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM800.00 per month
