About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Inventory & Spare Parts Controller to oversee and manage all spare parts operations within the Dasher Service Center. This role is crucial to ensure smooth and efficient service operations by controlling stock movement, ensuring spare part availability, and making decisions on part usage and dimensioning. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and experience in electronics product after-sales service.

Main Job Scopes:

• Manage and monitor all spare part inventories for the service center.
• Handle spare part orders from suppliers and ensure timely replenishment.
• Approve and record all spare part requests from technicians.
• Ensure accurate stock records, tracking part usage, returns, and defective components.
• Make technical decisions on spare part substitution, re-dimensioning, or reuse (e.g., if a robot or device component cannot function, decide on suitable part alternatives).
• Work closely with technicians, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure service efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of part consumption and stock movement.
• Lead and train the inventory and parts handling team to maintain best practices.
• Coordinate with service management for warranty parts claims and cost control.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in inventory control or spare parts management (preferably in electronics or home appliance industry).
• Strong understanding of electronic spare parts and components.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate (write and speak) in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as this role requires dealing with China suppliers from time to time.

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
• Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday - Friday), 9 AM to 3 PM (Saturday) .
