Job summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with audit experience to support our daily finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling financial records, preparing reports, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, including data entry, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

· Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and analysis.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.

· Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

· Review financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.

· Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

· Perform any other ad-hoc finance or audit-related tasks assigned

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 1 year working experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.

· Basic understanding of audit processes and financial reporting.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent).

· Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Experience in assisting external/internal audits.

· Knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
