We're now looking for a Membership Consultant cum Customer Service to be the welcoming face of our brand and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries via phone, walk-in, and WhatsApp.
  • Manage daily check-ins, bookings, and front desk administrative tasks.
  • Support daily cash handling, payment processing, and basic record keeping.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management on class schedules and appointments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist in stock management for supplements, merchandise, and gym supplies.
  • Prepare simple daily reports (attendance, sales, or administrative updates).

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Friendly personality with excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM4,200.00 per month
