We recently spin-off an award-winning technology SaaS company and is inviting talents from around the region to join us.

Note: This position shall primarily be based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a professional to support our ISO27001 implementation, strengthen the security posture of our SaaS platform, and manage day-to-day IT operations for internal staff.

1. Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO this would be supported by technology platform)

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and operationalising information security policies and procedures
• Coordinate evidence collection and readiness for audits
• Track non-conformities and remediation actions

2. SaaS Product Security & Enhancements

• Implement and monitor technical security controls, including:

• Access control and user privilege management

• Secure authentication (e.g. MFA, role-based access)
• Logging, monitoring, and incident detection

• Security reviews of

  • Application architecture
  • APIs and integrations
  • Data storage and access flows
  • Support vulnerability management activities

3. IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure e.g. Staff laptops and Endpoint security
• Provide first-line support for internal IT and security-related issues

4. Security Operations & Incident Support

• Support investigation and documentation of security incidents or near-misses
• Maintain security logs, access records, and audit trails

5. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements
Technical & Professional Requirements

• Experience supporting or implementing ISO/IEC 27001 or similar frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, NIST, CIS)

• Practical experience with:

• SaaS or cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent)

• Endpoint management and device security
• Identity and access management (IAM)
• Familiarity with common security tools (e.g. endpoint protection, access control, logging tools)

Experience & Background

• 2–5 years of experience in IT security, infrastructure, or systems administration
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, or regulated environment is strongly preferred
• Familiar with Azure environment
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus

Soft Skills & Attributes

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Able to translate security requirements into practical, workable controls
• Strong documentation and follow-through skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degrees
• Certification in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate)
