Looking for a Sales Admin position?

Join us at MCC Industrial Systems (M) Sdn Bhd and be part of our supportive and fast-paced sales team

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team

Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices

Maintain and update sales records and customer databases

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing

Follow up on deliveries, documentation, and customer inquiries

Assist in preparing sales reports and summaries

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field

Experience in sales administration or office support is an advantage

Well-organized with strong attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer skills, including MS Office
