Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Trainer to join our team in Malaysia. The primary responsibility of this role is to train new distributors on our Fitline products, the cutting-edge technologies behind them, and the unique aspects of PM International. The trainer will also educate distributors on our compensation plan, empowering them to build successful businesses using the PM International platform.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Fitline business to small groups of people to crowds of thousands, highlighting the technological innovations that set them apart.
  • Provide comprehensive training on PM International's USP and the benefits of building a business with us.
  • Educate new distributors on the compensation plan, including strategies for maximizing their success.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and presentations that are up-to-date with the latest product information and business strategies.
  • Be willing to travel within Malaysia to conduct training sessions for diverse groups of distributors.
  • Adapt training methods and materials to cater to both Mandarin and English-speaking audiences.
  • Engage with distributors to answer questions and provide ongoing support for their development and success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
  • A background in nutrition, dietetics, or food science is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with a passion for training and educating large groups.
  • Ability to travel within Malaysia for training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Confident, well-presented, and professional, someone who represents the beauty and wellness industry with authenticity and style.
