About the role

Xindeco IOT Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and effectively addressing the inquiries and concerns of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery status, documentation, and after-sales support via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and overseas counterparts (including China) to ensure accurate and timely information flow
  • Support international trade operations, including order tracking, shipment coordination, and basic export-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups
  • Proactively identify potential issues (e.g. delays, discrepancies) and follow up until resolution
  • Ensure all communications are professional, clear, and culturally respectful
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and service standards

What we're looking for

  • Experience in customer service, sales administration, or international trade operations is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling orders, data, and documents
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across different teams and cultures
  • The role involves liaising with China counterparts
  • Proficient in email communication, basic documentation handling, and common office systems
  • Calm, patient, and professional attitude when handling customer or cross-border coordination matters
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up systematically
