WORK LOCATION: ZETRIX TOWER, DAMANSARA PERDANA

Officer, Operations is responsible for overseeing the management, processing, and safe handling of security documents. This role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating logistics with security service providers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and JPJ requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management

Monitor security document stock levels and request replenishment from JPJ when stock levels are low.

  • Logistics Coordination

Coordinate the transportation of security documents using high-security vehicles provided by the appointed security service provider. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure proper storage of documents in the strong room.

  • Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of all stock received and distributed in the prescribed logbook (Kew. 67). Update stock details in the road tax stock management system.

  • Processing & Quality Control

Ensure that all security document stocks are processed within three (3) working days upon receiving the application voucher. Verify all application vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Distribution Recording

Record details of distributed stocks in the road tax stock management system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Reporting

Prepare and compile reports related to stock distribution for review by the management and relevant authorities.

  • Filing & Documentation

Maintain proper filing of all reports, application vouchers, and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in administrative, inventory, or operations roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
  • Willing to work in Damansara Perdana.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
