LNT Express Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Delivery Center Officer (DC Officer). This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and maintaining high service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch to ensure operational efficiency and minimize losses.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments to promptly resolve parcel and delivery-related issues.
  • Verify customer details for accuracy and ensure timely, precise processing according to operational procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and corrective actions.
  • Compile and monitor branch-level financial reports, such as daily revenue summaries, to assess overall performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest logistics technologies and best practices to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Support branch supervisors or management with additional operational tasks and special projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, courier, or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong communication skills; fluency in English or Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities to manage both internal and external relationships.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement and performance excellence.
