Solutions Sales Specialist

we're seeking a dynamic
solutions sales specialist
to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to account growth while serving as a trusted advisor to clients across key industry verticals.
job scope
- build and manage a healthy pipeline of advertising opportunities across strategic verticals.
- identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
- develop and present proposals that align with client objectives and business goals.
- negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
- serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build relationships with brands and clients.
- provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
- maintain high standards of professionalism and service excellence in all client interactions.
requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales.
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and quotas.
- experience managing relationships with SME and enterprise-level clients.
- strong understanding of B2B buying processes, and account lifecycles.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in (English & Mandarin) languages.
- bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- open to Malaysia citizens. we do not sponsor visa at the moment.
