Business Solution Specialist

As a Business Solution Specialist, you will assist in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements for AGYTEK's digital transformation projects. You will support senior analysts and project managers throughout pre-sales, solution design, and delivery stages to ensure clarity and accuracy of deliverables. This role provides valuable exposure to smart manufacturing, MES, and Industry 4.0 implementation environments.

Job Responsibilities: -

1) Pre-Sales Phase

  • Assist in preparing solution proposals, cost estimates, and presentation materials.
  • Support requirement collection during client workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Document customer insights and contribute to pre-sales deliverables.

2) Project Delivery Phase

  • Record detailed requirements and process flows under supervision.
  • Prepare draft BRD, FRS, and UAT documents following AGYTEK standards.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to clarify and track feature development.
  • Support UAT execution and feedback management with customers.

3) Post-Implementation Phase

  • Collect customer feedback and usage data.
  • Assist in preparing enhancement requests and client reports.
  • Support training and documentation updates.

4) Learning & Development

  • Continuously learn MES, IIoT, and digital transformation concepts.
  • Participate in internal process improvement and template enhancement.
  • Develop technical writing and presentation skills through mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Industrial Technology.
  • 3–4 years of experience in business analysis or IT solution delivery preferred.
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
  • Strong interest in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and ERP/MES systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
