Job Description

  • Ensuring production team adheres to standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Execute comprehensive production plans to meet output targets and deadlines.
  • Manage daily production schedules, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Track key performance indicators such as output, productivity and rejection rates, implementing corrective actions to maintain efficiency
  • Coordinate with purchasing team and operation team to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials and packaging.
  • Coordinate with QC team to ensure compliance with food safety
  • Work closely with Singapore's Operation team

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, agricultural science, plantation management, and agricultural biotechnology and related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Food Production.

  • Strong knowledge of food production process, quality system, food safety regulation, HACCP , ISO 22000 and IOT knowledge.

  • Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

  • Willing to work under fast-paced environment.

  • Competent in Microsoft 365, Quickbooks, Autocount and Excel

  • Able to work in shift (Day shift 12PM - 10PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,600.00 per month
