Mechanical / Engineering Engineer
  1. Execution of new process and new technology evaluations, formulation of new model tooling planning documents, Design and production of various production line jigs and fixtures
  2. Setup and GRR verification of production line tooling
  3. Analysis, review, and improvement of tooling defects during trial and mass production stages
  4. For outsourced modules, handling the transfer of tooling, signing off on transfer documentation, and participating in trial production
  5. Miniaturization and error-proofing improvements of production line tooling to enhance production efficiency
  6. Tooling fabrication and processing

Requirement:

  • More than two years of factory work experience, familiar with production-related equipment, tooling maintenance, electronic circuit development, or 2D/3D drawing capabilities.
  • Other Requirements: Experience in independently designing and introducing at least 10 tooling items into the production line.
Injection Molding Engineer
  1. Injection molding operations (including machine setup, process parameters, and yield improvement)
  2. Mold assembly, maintenance, installation, removal, inspection and analysis and troubleshooting of molding and mold issues
  3. Adjusting temperature and pressure devices to maintain specified processing conditions
  4. Adjustment and troubleshooting of peripheral equipment (such as shearing machines, palletizers, ultrasonic machines, and robotic arms)
  5. Reducing product defect rates and maintaining normal operation of mass production machines

Requirement:

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree and major in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Engineering
  • Proficiency in PRO-E software or Auto CAD
