Your Mission
We're looking for a Finance Manager who thrives in dynamic environments - someone who loves building from the ground up, challenging the status quo, and turning data into strategic insight.
This is a pivotal time in The FEAST's evolution. You'll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting our next phase of international growth.

What You'll Do
- Oversee full-spectrum financial management, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Drive business insights by analyzing financial data, market trends, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead a team of 4 who shall assist in daily financial operations and reporting.
- Manage quarterly and annual reconciliations, tax and regulatory compliance, and cash flow forecasting.
- Partner closely with the BU Managers to identify risks and opportunities, and craft data-driven strategies to meet growth targets.
- Advise executive leadership and stakeholders on financial strategy, performance, and commercial implications.
- Build, refine, and automate financial processes - from invoicing and collections to month-end closing - to support scale and efficiency.
- Support M&A, reorganization, and business integration efforts with strong BI and analytical inputs.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; experience in SaaS or tech-driven industries strongly preferred.
- 10 years of financial experience, ideally in high-growth or multi-country environments.
- Proven ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset - constantly improving systems, tools, and processes.
Bonus: Experience with financial modeling and SaaS business metrics.
