BonusLink is embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey and we're looking for a
Product Manager
who can translate customer insights and business goals into delightful product experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, data, and marketing — to define, build, and ship impactful features that drive growth and engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who has
end-to-end ownership experience
, is comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and loves solving real user problems through data-informed decision-making.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support roadmap execution:
    Translate high-level product strategy into well-defined requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Own feature development:
    Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific features or components — from ideation, validation, build, launch, and iteration.
  • Understand users deeply:
    Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and work with analytics teams to uncover insights that inform decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
    Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Track performance:
    Define measurable outcomes for your features, monitor post-launch performance, and propose improvements.
  • Communicate clearly:
    Present product updates, progress, and learnings to stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience in developing successful B2C and B2B products that scale to millions of users.
  • Experience contributing to product discovery and delivery in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Good grasp of agile methodologies, and experimentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback and mentorship.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumer tech, loyalty, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Exposure to A/B testing, retention/growth funnels, or platform ecosystems.
  • Understanding of basic SQL or API integrations.
