Job Description

Conduct comprehensive audits on projects activities, ensuring full compliance with contractual, financial and regulatory requirements. Review and verify project documentation, including cost reports, procurement record and progress claims. Identify discrepancies, risks, or control gaps and recommend corrective actions. Liaise with project teams to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations. Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

1. A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering and road infrastructure projects.

3. Strong understanding of auditing standards, construction project controls, and financial processes.

4. High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
