Job Responsibilities:

Business & System Requirements

  • Gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Translate needs into clear specifications and workflows.
  • Ensure alignment between users, IT, and vendors.

Project Coordination

  • Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communicate updates and issues with stakeholders.
  • Support meetings, reports, and follow-ups.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop UAT test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate and support UAT execution with users and vendors.
  • Track issues and ensure defects are resolved before go-live.
  • Support user sign-off and post-implementation checks.

Technical Knowledge (Basic Level)

  • Understand data flow and system integration between applications.
  • Able to perform simple SQL queries or data checks.
  • Familiar with API concepts (JSON, XML, REST).

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure requirements comply with Bursa/SC standards
  • Assist in compliance audits by preparing evidence, reports, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate follow-ups on audit findings until closure.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, which is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a relevant role.
  • Able to understand system flow, data mapping, and interface logic.
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL, API, and UAT process.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced.
