Job Description

  1. Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
  2. Participation and working closely with Senior Management in establishing corporate strategic plan, objective to departmental goal and KPI.
  3. Manpower planning and arrangement.
  4. Monitor production output and rejects.
  5. Prepare timely reporting daily, weekly, monthly as require and participate in meeting.
  6. Ensure all tools, equipment, materials, packaging, etc on site to avoid down time.
  7. Follow up work order and response to management if not within plan schedule.
  8. Maintain continuous improvement for 5S and ensure Safety.
  9. Participate in production cost saving and Kaizen.
  10. Holds regular discussions with manufacturing specialist to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
  11. Provide training and coaching for the team.
  12. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.
  13. Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses.
  14. Compliance with established policies and procedures.
  15. Ensures compliance of standards.

Requirements and Skills

1.     Required a Diploma or a related field or equivalent experience and training.

2.     Proficiency in MS Office.

3.     Meticulous, analytical, and organized person.

4.     More than 3 years', preferably in manufacturing environment.

5.     Ability to interact at all levels. SAP experience is an advantage.
